Tuition remains the same whether it is a long (5 week) or short (3 week) month, regardless of absences. Classes can be made up in equivalent classes. No credits or refunds due to missed classes.
Please place tuition in an envelope labeled with your child’s name and class in the mailbox located in the lobby. Cash or credit card payments can be paid at the front desk.
No refunds or credits will be made after a month is paid and a child decides not to continue with dance classes. We ask that you give us 30 days notice to avoid being charged. Please inform the studio by a courtesy phone call if your child is not continuing as we need to inform the teachers.
WITHDRAWAL POLICY If a student wishes to discontinue study a thirty-day written notice is required. Notice will take effect on the first calendar day of the uncoming month. Tuition must be paid the month of notice. If thirty-day notice is not received, your account will automatically be billed for tuition to cover the thirty-day period. Ask your teacher or someone at the front desk for a withdraw form.
Telephone calls, e-mails or simply telling your teacher does not constitute notice.
